Free UK delivery to UK mainland - it will usually require a signature upon delivery.
Secure ordering is made via Sage Pay using secure SSL. Your card details are not processed by ourselves and are not stored on our server.
We offer FREE worldwide delivery on orders totalling over £200 and for delivery to one address.
Orders under £200 in total will be charged a flat rate of £15 per delivery address.
Please contact us for more information, we will not ship to war zones or conflict areas.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier at SilverpureSilver.com. Simply browse our online shop and when you decide to buy any items click on the 'Purchase Now' button. When you have finished shopping click on 'view basket' and you will be asked for a few details so we can complete your order (at this point if you do not have an account you will be guided through setting an account up). We accept all major credit/debit cards, if you have a specific request or require further information you can either email us or call +44(0)121 507 0686.
When buying an item from SilverpureSilver.com you comply with our shopping process and by placing an order you warrant to us that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are under 18 then you may purchase from SilverpureSilver.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
We reserve the right to accept or reject an order from you and all acceptances will be informed by email. If we are unable to accept an order or cancel an order than we will call, email, telephone or write to inform you.
Prices and Descriptions
All sizes and weights given are averages. As many pieces are handmade, slight variations from the examples shown on the website are possible. Natural materials do vary in colours and patterns.
If your item is for delivery within the UK and Northern Ireland, we do not charge for delivery - postage is FREE. Delivery is via our Couriers or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, both options require a signature upon receipt.
For overseas deliveries less than £200 we charge an £15.00 postage fee. Overseas deliveries over £200.00 are free of charge worldwide.
Delivery times are approximately 3-7 working days for deliveries within the UK and 10-14 working days outside the UK. These are guides only and every effort is made to deliver in stock items within these timeframes. If an item is out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible and let you know when it will be available. We will try to send out of stock items to you as soon as possible but if you are unable to wait, then you are free to cancel your order if you wish. We will not charge you for out of stock items until they are available for dispatch.

When you have finished adding items to your 'shopping cart' we will ask you for your details to complete the order and we will also ask you to register your details so we can process your order efficiently, make future ordering quicker and so we can inform you of special promotions. SilverPureSilver also has an email marketing facility on the website which will allow SilverPureSilver to send new promotions and new product offers (you will at any point have the option to unsubscribe from this service). When registering your password please remember that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner. Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. It is not possible to order without registering, this is to prevent any form of fraudulent activity.

Please advise your name, date of order & your order ID (generated from your order),in order to help us locate your order more quickly. We will acknowledge your cancellation request within one working day of receipt.
Orders for items that have been modified, ie. made to order or engraved cannot be changed or cancelled.
SilverpureSilver take great care to ensure that your purchase arrives with you in pristine condition.
However, should you wish to return your item for any reason, please notify us in writing, either by e:mail or by post within 14 days of receipt of such goods. Please note that we are unable to refund any item that varies from the forms and designs as shown on the website. This includes items from the website which have been engraved, modified to meet customer requirements, or specially commissioned pieces.
Returning an Item to SilverpureSilver
Complete the returns slip that came with your order. Please be sure to include your Order Ref number (this can be found on your delivery note or order confirmation email). In the case of faulty items please provide a full description of the fault in the space provided on the returns slip. Wrap the item securely in its original condition and original packaging and send the package, together with the completed returns slip, to the following address:

The item should be should be returned to us within 28 days of receipt by you. We will notify you via e:mail upon receipt of the package and again once we have processed your refund. This usually takes around 5 working days.
Please note that we cannot refund the original cost of delivery unless we have delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
For your protection we recommend that you obtain proof of posting. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We cannot issue refunds for goods that fail to reach us.

For made to order and engraved items, full payment in advance is required.
